Webinar: How to Interpret Subjective Data

Thursday, February 20 @ 1pm ET

Note: I am trying webinars on a new platform called Riverside. Don’t be alarmed when you click on any of the links here and it takes you to a site that isn’t Zoom.

Every interaction between a consumer and a collection operation generates mountains of data. Some of that data is objective — whether a consumer answers the phone or replies to an email, for example. Some of that data is subjective — like what do you do if a consumer says “I don’t have the money to pay right now.” Figuring out what to do with that subjective data can make all the difference between obtaining a payment and not.

In this webinar, a panel of experts will break down how to interpret and analyze subjective data, to help you make the most out of every interaction you have with a computer.
