June Monthly Meetings

Webinars are great, but the interaction tends to flow in one direction and you don’t have a lot of say over what topic is being discussed. To give everyone a chance to share, and to throw open the doors to more wide-ranging conversation, I am excited to announced that I am bringing back two monthly meetings — Small Agency TechTactics, and the ARMTech Innovation Lab — while also announcing two more regular meetings — Women in Collections and Compliance Chat. The ARMTech Innovation Lab (June 13, 4pm ET) is an opportunity to see what is on the cutting edge of technology — digital collections, artificial intelligence, and more — and how you can use it in your own operation.

Women in Collections (June 19, 4pm ET) is a place for women to come together, to share their experiences and empower one another.

Small Agency TechTactics (June 23, 4pm ET) is a chance for professionals working at smaller agencies to come together and share how they are trying to do more with less.

Compliance Chat (June 25, 4pm ET) is a new meeting for compliance professionals to discuss the challenges and opportunities of trying to keep collection operations on the straight and narrow.
