Group Text Chat Sign-Up and New Virtual Coffee & Chat

I am excited to continue the expansion of the group text chats. The objective is to be introduced to others from across the credit and collection industry, to get to know one another a little better, to share ideas, problems, and solutions, and to bring us all a little closer together. There is no charge to participate. I curate the groups and the chat stays open for a month, at which point new groups are created. Each group features 10-12 industry professionals from across the country. Some of the questions that have been asked:

• How do you handle Google reviews and social media?

• The debate used to be "build vs buy." Are people still developing in house solutions, or is market accessibility driving everyone to simply buy all their tools? If you're building some of the time, how do you make the decision on whether or not to build?

• What are your upcoming vacation plans and will this be your first time visiting this destination? What made you choose it/what are you really looking forward to?

• If the FDCPA, Reg F, or another ARM-impacted regulation were all YOURS to change, and in any way you would like, what would you change? How would you change it? And why?

• If your company forwards claims for suit, what do you wish law firms most understood about needs/expectations?
