The year is winding down and ARMTech in January is almost here. It is clear that digital transformation is in full swing. Agencies, law firms, debt buyers, and original creditors are rapidly moving into a fast adoption phase.

To support that shift, you are invited to take a quick 5 to 10 minute survey and receive your Digital Readiness Score. The score covers four core areas that define how prepared an organization is for the next phase of digital operations. This is a 20 question quiz that anyone can complete at any agency, law firm, debt buyer, or original creditor.

Participants get immediate access to their scores and will receive early access to the full industry survey results. All data is anonymized. Your email and information will not be used for marketing or sales follow up.

The purpose of this effort is to build the first annual Digital Readiness Benchmarking Survey for the industry. This will help show where the industry is going and where it currently stands in the most realistic way possible.
