2026 will mark the five year anniversary of the implementation of Regulation F, which, for a lot of companies in the credit and collection industry, marked the beginning of their digital communications journey. It’s been amazing to watch this industry transform itself and reinvent itself with more of a focus on marketing and customer service. Think of how much things have changed in your own office during the past few years.
It is with that in mind that AccountsRecovery is undertaking a digital communications and benchmarking survey, which is being sponsored by TCN. The objectives are twofold: to get a sense of how optimistic (or pessimistic) people in the credit and collections industry are about the short- and long-term future, and to better understand how companies are deploying digital communication tools and the degree to which consumers are engaging. Taking the survey takes about three minutes. Results will be kept confidential. Those who participate will receive a special benchmarking report that will not be made available to the public.
