ComplianceCon 2025: Have You Seen Who is Speaking?
September 29 - October 1 | Nashville
For all the webinars I have hosted through the years, I have learned some important lessons:
🐱 Turn the cat filter off before you log on
👖Pants are optional, but recommended
⌨️ Invest in a silent or quiet keyboard
🖥️ Make sure you know what’s on your screen before you share it
Perhaps the biggest lesson I have learned is that who is speaking is ultimately what drives people to sign up. If people see someone they know to be smart and engaging, they are far more likely to sign up, regardless of the topic or day of the week or anything else.
It is with that in mind that I have assembled what I consider to be the most formidable line-up of speakers for ComplianceCon. As of now, 53 different experts from across the credit and collection industry will be speaking at the event. Just look at the names of the speakers:
John Bedard | John McNamara | Joann Needleman |
Manny Newburger | David Reid | Stefanie Jackman |
David Kaminski | Tim Collins | Caren Enloe |
Meghan Jean | Amy Mertz Brown | Lauren Burnette |
Jason Forbes | Lauren Valenzuela | Mark Cavin |
Daniel McCusker | Rick Perr | Ari Derman |
Tonia Brown | Nick Prola | Vaishali Rao |
Brooke Teal | Sara Woggerman | Lee-Madeline Dowls |
Leslie Bender | Megan Hebert | Ken Peck |
Jay Williams | Jesse Silverman | Jill Cloys |
Loraine Lyons | Jason Forbes | Gary Kragt |
Rami Haddad | Dana Allen | Chris Atallah |
Wade Isbell | David Grassi | Chuck Dodge |
Catherine Calko | Zack Taylor | Nathan Wilner |
Jessica Fagen | Alex McFall | David Weimer |
Nathan Williams | Hillary Varvel | Aaron Geist |
Kevin Wiesner | Scott Wortman | Jeff Berenholz |
Susan Namm | David Schultz |
And more are being added every day (I apologize if I left anyone out. It was not intentional). We have regulators and former regulators, compliance professionals from consumer finance companies, banks, debt buyers, and collection agencies. There are attorneys who have helped shape the law and regulations and who are lobbying in front of Congress and state legislatures even today.
I am so honored that such an elite group of thought leaders and experts are coming to speak at ComplianceCon. I truly believe that anyone who comes to ComplianceCon will walk away with great connections, great insights, and a much better sense of where the industry is heading and how you can help your company facilitate that evolution.
I hope to see you in Nashville.
