August Monthly Meeting Schedule

Small Agency TechTactics, ARMTech Innovation Lab, plus two new meetings

Webinars are great, but the interaction tends to flow in one direction and you don’t have a lot of say over what topic is being discussed. To give everyone a chance to share, and to throw open the doors to more wide-ranging conversation, I am hosting more monthly meetings. I know, I know. Between the webinars and meetings, will you actually have any time to get real work done? 🙄 Check out the August schedule — and note two new meetings — below. Click on the link to register and get your credentials.

Small Agency TechTactics (August 13, 3pm ET) is a chance for professionals working at smaller agencies to come together and share how they are trying to do more with less.

Women in Collections (August 14, 3pm ET) is a place for women to come together, to share their experiences and empower one another.

The ARMTech Innovation Lab (August 19, 3:30pm ET) is an opportunity to see what is on the cutting edge of technology — digital collections, artificial intelligence, and more — and how you can use it in your own operation.

Compliance Chat (August 21, 3pm ET) is a new meeting for compliance professionals to discuss the challenges and opportunities of trying to keep collection operations on the straight and narrow.

NEW MEETINGS

Platform Pulse (Augst 26, 3pm ET) is a meeting for people interested in converting collection software systems or who are going through the process. Come together to talk about what is working and what isn’t working and what software should be on your list to check out. NOTE: This meeting is open to operators and users only, not vendors.

Vendor Roundtable (August 19, 2:15pm ET) is a chance for vendors to get together and talk about how they are interacting with their clients. What tradeshows are most effective? How are you prospecting and marketing to companies in the credit and collection industry? Let’s come together and share best practices.
